Nathan Lu is a solicitor director of ABP Lawyers. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2008. Prior to founding ABP Lawyers he was a solicitor at one of the largest full service corporate firms in Australia, in their commercial and property practice.
During Nathan’s career, he has assisted clients from small business owners to large multinational companies in a wide range of industries. Some of the advisory work Nathan has been involved in include providing advice to Singapore Airlines on commercial leases, advising WD-40 on its distribution agreement in relation to a new product line, Howard Storage World on its trading terms and conditions and other multinational companies on their corporate compliance requirements.
Nathan has also been involved in numerous commercial and property transaction matters including acting for small to large residential property developers on the sale of off-the-plan apartment building and acting for vendors and purchasers on the sale and purchase of small to medium sized businesses.
Before practising commercial and property law, Nathan spent over 3 years providing business structure advice to small and medium sized businesses with a focus on tax flexibility and asset protection as well as assisting high net wealth individuals with their estate and succession planning needs.
Speaking both Cantonese and Mandarin, with a background in corporate restructure and tax coupled with Nathan’s broad commercial and property experience, Nathan has the necessary tools to provide you with accurate, timely and practical advice in a cost effective manner.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys training in Wing Chun Kung Fu, playing tennis, travel and spending time with family.

Yolana graduated Macquarie University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts – Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws.
She joined our team in July 2019 and was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. Her areas of practice include property law and commercial law.
In her spare time, Yolana enjoys hiking, practicing photography, travelling and cuddling her dog.

Caroline joined the firm in July 2019 and is a Graduate-at-Law working in the areas of commercial law, property law and debt recovery. Her passion lies in litigation. Caroline completed her Bachelor of Laws and International Studies majoring in French in 2018.
Prior to joining the team, Caroline worked for a number of small law firms and community legal centres, specialising in criminal and family law. Caroline is due to be admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2020.
Before entering the legal field, Caroline had extensive customer service experience. She regularly utilises these skills when assisting clients with legal issues.
In her spare time, Caroline likes to be creative. She is currently refining her pottery skills. During holidays, Caroline visits her home town on the NSW Mid-North Coast for quality time at the beach with her family and friends.

Linda joined the firm in January 2019. She enjoys working in residential and commercial conveyancing and developing her expertise in making the process of buying and selling property a seamless process.
Prior to joining the team, Linda worked in customer service at a real estate agency and mortgage broking company. She has gained extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the settlement process.
Linda graduated from the Conveyancing – Law and Practice course at the Macquarie Law School in November 2018. Linda also has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting as well as experience in working as a general accountant, which gives her the ability to give clients advice from a legal and commercial perspective.
In her free time, Linda enjoys jogging and spending time with family.
